Join us for our 2021 Annual Dinner at the fabulous Terrey Hills Country Club, Kingfisher Drive, 116 Booralie Road, Terrey Hills.
The event commences at 5.30pm and guests will be greeted with drinks and canapes on the beautiful outdoor terrace. This social event is one not to be missed and provides an opportunity for the Club to celebrate the achievements and contributions of our members in the year gone by. Come and have a fun evening with other members and participate in our silent auction of merchandise provided by BMW Clubs Australia and Col Crawford BMW with all proceeds going to the club's chosen charity.
The registration fee for the event has been heavily subsidised by the club in a bid to give something back to our dedicated members.
The $60 pp registration fee includes:
- Canapes and drinks from 5.30-6.45pm on the outdoor terrace
- Main (alternate serve)
- Dessert (alternate serve)
- Tea & Coffee
On the evening we will present social and motorsport awards as well as trophies and announce our member of the year. We will reflect on our highlights from 2020 through presentations showcasing our members and their involvement at our past events.
COVID SAFE: Your safety is the club's utmost priority and our Social Events Director is in frequent contact with the venue regarding regulation changes and to ensure this event complies with the latest legislation. The venue has an approved Covid safety plan. Prior to the event, you will receive an update in regards to Covid regulations and anything you may need to be aware of.
SEATING: If you wish to request to be seated with a particular party, you will need to advise this in the 'accompanying partner' section at the time of registration. If you do not advise, you will be seated randomly with your plus one (if you've registered for more than one attendee).
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: All dietary requirements MUST be advised at the time of registration in the 'accompanying partner' section.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION: For those members travelling to attend, accommodation is available just a 5 min drive away at Miramare Gardens or Checkers Resort. If required, please contact your choice of these establishments or any other to secure your accommodation.
DRESS CODE: Smart casual - collared shirts must be worn and dress pants, no thongs.
Please note, one beverage is included with your registration fee, other beverages throughout the evening are at your own cost.
