We're the BMW Drivers' Club NSW - and the name matters. As our founders pointed out, a club is formed by drivers, not by cars; it's the people behind the wheel who make our club. This has always been, first and foremost, a club for the enthusiasts who drive them.
We're a not-for-profit club, affiliated with Motorsport Australia and a member of BMW Clubs Australia - which makes us part of the BMW Clubs International Council in Munich, Germany, and a worldwide community of more than 200,000 BMW enthusiasts.Driving is at the heart of what we do. Come along to track days, driver experience and driver training, MotorKhanas, motorsport competition and inter-club competitions, plus day and weekend drives.
Our Motorsport runs at Sydney Motorsport Park and beyond - all built around fun, safety and building skills, and catering for everyone from first-timers to seasoned competitors. You don't even need to own a BMW to take part.
There's just as much going on socially: Tuesday lunches, scenic touring getaways, dinners and picnics right across NSW — plus the biennial BMW Club Nationals, where BMW clubs from around the country come together. Weekend Cars & Coffee meets are a relaxed way to get together, talk models, mods, parts and service, and plan the next drive. Venues are announced in the Events section and our emailed newsletter.
Members receive our quarterly full-colour journal, Torque of the Town, along with regular email.
