Event Program Preview

The BMW Clubs Australia Nationals 2027 will feature a diverse and engaging program designed to bring members together across driving, social, and showcase experiences. Spread across the Nationals weekend, the event program will offer something for every BMW enthusiast.

Thursday 18th March 6pm-10pm

Meet and Greet – National Motor Racing Museum  $75

The Nationals begins with a relaxed Meet & Greet at the National Motor Racing Museum. Surrounded by the stories and machinery of Australian motor racing, participants can reconnect with old friends, meet members from clubs around the country and settle into the weekend ahead. It is a fitting opening to four days of BMW enthusiasm at Mount Panorama.

Friday 19th March Daytime

Judged Show N Shine  $35


The Judged Show & Shine ($35 entry) will assess presentation across areas including cleanliness, paintwork and engine bay presentation, with full criteria to be released closer to the event.

Park and Show  $20



The Park & Show ($20 entry) is a relaxed, non-judged display, with Committee's Choice awards selected by the Nationals committee. Each car may be entered in one format only.

Coach Tour $50 per person

For participants who'd prefer a destination experience instead, an optional coach tour will visit two of the Central West's best-known attractions: the expansive landscapes and seasonal displays of Mayfield Garden, followed by a guided tour and afternoon or Devonshire tea at historic Abercrombie House.


Friday 19th March Evening

Charity Dinner $90pp

Friday evening's Charity Dinner is designed to be relaxed, social and generous in spirit. Enjoy dinner and good company at Rydges Mount Panorama, with a live auction and a silent auction raising vital funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The evening is an opportunity to unwind after the day's activities, connect with participants from around the country and support a service that plays an essential role in regional and remote Australia.


Saturday 20th March Daytime

Sofala Drive TBA

Take the shorter scenic option through the historic goldfields towns of Sofala and Hill End (price still to be confirmed). The route combines enjoyable Central West roads with time to explore two distinctive heritage destinations. Hill End offers historic streetscapes, a contemporary museum and welcoming places to pause for coffee or refreshments, making this a rewarding half-day drive with fellow BMW enthusiasts.


Saturday 20th March Daytime

RFDS Experience Dubbo  $50pp

Alternatively, the full-day drive to Dubbo (is a signature Nationals experience, combining a Central West road journey with a special visit to the Royal Flying Doctor Service. Participants will visit the RFDS Visitor Experience, learn how the service delivers emergency retrieval and healthcare across vast distances, and enjoy a light lunch at the base.


Saturday 20th March Eveniing

Presentation Dinner  $110pp

The Presentation Dinner is the celebratory finale of the BMW Clubs Australia Nationals 2027. Held at the Goldfields Function Centre near the top of Conrod Straight, the evening will bring participants together for dinner, presentations and recognition of the people and cars that have made the weekend special. Coach transfers will be provided between Rydges Mount Panorama and the venue.


Sunday 21st March Morning

Farewell Breakfast  $30pp

The Nationals concludes with a relaxed Farewell Breakfast - a final opportunity to share stories from the weekend, catch up with new friends and say goodbye before the journey home. It is a warm, informal close to four memorable days in Bathurst.
