Registration is open for our first SuperSprint Rnd 1 and Track Day on the Druitt (North) Circuit at Sydney Motorsport Park!

We have listened to our valued motorsport drivers, and are delivering to you a combined Supersprint Championship Round 1 and Track Day.

A SuperSprint is a multi-car speed event conducted on a circuit in cars that are grouped together based on similar lap times. This SuperSprint forms round 1 of our 2025 Championship.

The Track Day ticket allows those drivers who wish to try out the motorsport circuit in a controlled environment with no competition.

We expect to have four groups of around 20 cars running on the day, and will aim for three Supersprint Driver groups and one Track Day Driver Group.  Groups will follow SS1, SS2, TD, SS3 with equal time for each group.

The entry fee is the same for either Supersprint or Track Day drivers and all have equal track time.

Download and read the single set of  Supplementary Regulations  that are for both groups and also these Further Regulations 2 and Further Regulations 3.

Supersprint Drivers must read the Supersprint Drivers Rules. These are tin addition to the Supp. Regs. and the Supersprint championship Rules.  Speed groups fastest to slowest, Cars Scrutiny checked and drivers are required to have a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence.  You must read the Supersprint Driver R.  Select your desired 2 or 3 digit car number and it is yours.  If 2 want the same number we will sort it out by email.  Number digits can be purchased at the sign-on desk, $3 each.

For Track Day Groups you must also read the Track Driver Rules and:

    • the car has current Australian registration, is road legal and you drive the car to the circuit,
    • no fire extinguisher is required, however a tow hook is recommend but not compulsory,
    • approved helmet and appropriate apparel required,
    • no timing, and no published results. Driving behaviours observed.

Track Day drivers can either purchase a Motorsport Australia one day Introductory Licence for $35 or have a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence.  Don't register until you have your licence number.  We will issue 2 digit car numbers for Track Day cars, no cost, install numbers on top left corner of windscreen.

There are documents that need to be completed online by all drivers:

    2025 SS1 - Event Entry Form

2025 SS1 - Risk, Disclaimer, Warning and Indemnity Form

    Supersprint Drivers complete 2025 SS1 - Self-Scrutineering Form

    Track Day Drivers complete:

2025 Come Try Day #1 - Scrutineering Form for TfNSW Road Registered Vehicles

All online completed forms are saved in the event database.

Where passengers are involved, all drivers and passengers are to complete Passenger Ride Form and submit it to the staff at the sign-on desk on the day.

Thank you in advance all the volunteers who will run our 2025 Supersprints

Supersprint Rules 2025 include Rules for volunteering.

We must have Flag Marshals to run this Supersprint at Druitt Circuit.  Our Supersprint drivers who volunteer will receive valuable championship points for taking a day off driving, registering here and attend the day as a Flag Marshal. It is great to have experienced Flag Marshals but if  you have no experience then no problem as we do provide a full Flag Marshal Briefing, so no excuse.  Thank you for encouraging a friend or family member to register here as an official.

Flag Marshals are very involved in all the action possibly with a MyLaps control unit for their track observation lighting system and a transceiver for communicating with Race Control. Please register here. During the day we provide lunch for Flag Marshals and you may have appreciation laps in the passenger's seat of a Supersprint Car.   If you want a few laps then you must email Motorsport@bmwclubnsw.asn.au and let me know.  Also let me know if you don't have your own helmet and I will find one for you.

There are other volunteer roles to consider:  Be a member of the Scrutineering team and Sign-on Desk staff.  Please register here and you can still drive in the Supersprint.

Event Managers, please register here so we know we have all the officials: Clerk of the Course , Steward, Race Control, Track Manager and Grid Marshal.

Note the starting time for Volunteers is 0805 but we really need all the volunteers at the track round 0700 to be ready for the day.

We wish to invite our valued members to our 2024 Annual Dinner at the beautiful Terrey Hills Country Club. This year we are celebrating our Club's 45th Anniversary for the year gone by. Come and celebrate a fantastic 45 years with us. We held many great events in 2024, but none as noteworthy as SuperFest. We will have a powerpoint presentation on our highlights of SuperFest.

This event offers our members and club committee the opportunity to celebrate the year gone by, reveal the social award winners for 2023, and to very importantly present the trophies for our motorsport competitors.

    Program overview

We begin the evening with canapes and beverages on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the view of the golf course whilst catching up with our car enthusiast friends. We will then proceed inside and commence the evening presentations. We held many great events in 2024, but none as noteworthy as SuperFest. We will have a powerpoint presentation on our highlights of SuperFest. Our Professional MC for the evening is Luke Hannan.

Following the terrace celebrations, you can expect a delicious entree (alternate serve), followed by a delicious main meal (alternate serve). There will also be an exciting guest speaker arranged for the evening, and a silent auction.

    Silent auction donations

Do you have a nice bottle of wine to donate for auction, some BMW memorabilia that you feel would appeal to others? Please consider donating items for our silent auction as ALL proceeds go to "Variety the Children's Charity".

Please let our Social Events Manager know if you will be donating something on the evening and what you are donating so it can be included on the list.

A huge thanks to club member Trent McKey and the Team at TOTAL TOOLS Mona Vale and Brookvale for their very generous donations.

    Dietary Requirements

Dietaries: Please ensure you provide your dietary requirements at the time of registration otherwise they will not be accommodated.

    Seating requests

If you wish to sit with your friends, you must ensure you request this at the time of registration and include the names of those who you wish to sit with.

    Ticket price

The club have heavily subsidised the ticket prices in a bid to give back to our valued members.

Join our friends from the BMW Drivers Club Canberra for the German Auto Day (GAD) 2025 as it returns to the Canberra region at the picturesque location of Thoroughbred Park.

GAD is a one day German automotive display event held each year and is a collaboration event organised by local German branded marques, BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen and other rare marques.

Important - To secure your place in the Show 'n' Shine, you must register directly with the BMW Drivers Club Canberra - Link to be provided in the coming months.

Please also register your interest in attending this event through this page, so we can easily contact you with any details for co-club related events.

General Entry will be $10, of which $5 goes to charity. We will also be holding the Clubs annual Show 'n' Shine - BMWCCC Members Entry – $20.00 (entry fee goes towards trophies and event costs). NOTE: Show 'n' Shine entries close TBC to ensure judges have time to prepare.

There will be plenty to do and see for the whole family - Food, coffee and activities to keep the kids entertained!

    FANCY A WEEKEND AWAY?

We will be running "Escape to the ACT" and will have a convoy meet in the outskirts of Sydney on Friday and will to head to Canberra for our accommodation for the Friday evening. The following day we will meet BMW Car Club Canberra for a Saturday AM drive to enjoy fun, new roads in the ACT and NSW.
