We are excited to invite our valued members to our annual lunch in Sydney's Upper North Shore.
This event is always a popular one as it gives our members a chance to properly catch up, reminisce on a great year gone by, talk about BMWs of course, whilst enjoying delicious traditional christmas fare.
Your registration ticket fee includes your picnic lunch, expect a great variety of christmas nibbles, cheeses, sliced meats, prawns, a variety of fresh salads, bread rolls, desserts and other festive surprises.
What to bring: Camp chairs, a hat, beverages, and cutlery. We will provide bamboo plates on the day (and some cutlery), but its much nicer to eat with proper cutlery.
Parking: The park will be very busy, so consider dropping your chairs off and grabbing a park in a surrounding street. The best location for your GPS is Cafe Patina, the cafe is directly across the road from the park. Look for our club banner upon arrival.
Additional: Please note the Wahroonga Village Fair will be on the same day so the area will be very busy. Consider arriving early and visiting the fair over the walk bridge beforehand, or after our picnic. Note, there will be some vegetarian/pescatarian options available on the day.

Cancellations: We are happy to provide refunds up until 1 week prior to the event. Cancellations can be made via your club login, access the event and follow the cancellation prompts.
