ASV is the largest dismantler of European automobiles. They have a giant range of new and used parts and we are invited to visit them at their head office facility for a monster Cars & Coffee show and tour.
The gates open 8:30 for cars that are to be judged and 9:00AM for the rest of us Coffee and Sausage sizzle will start by 9:30. There will be a jumping castle for the children and time for us all to see the cars on display and the demonstrations.
10:00 Tour No.1 30 minutes (a) New Parts Business, (b) Used Parts Business, (c) Vehicle Scraping Recycling Demonstration.
10:30 Tour No.2 30 minutes (a) New Parts Business, (b) Used Parts Business, (c) Vehicle Scraping Recycling Demonstration.
11:00 Awards presentation to the winners of the judged categories.
11:30 All over and we depart. Then by 12:00 all the show cars have departed. 12:30 site closed.
There are judging categories for our Cars on Show and terrific trophies will be awarded.
BMW automobiles:
- Cleanest and best prepared BMW – Show and Shine star.
- Best Historic BMW – born before 1990 – special or different senior BMW.
- Best modified BMW - A show of some real modifying talent.
- The most interesting and complex BMW Paint or wrap finish.
- The wildest BMW hot rod or winningest BMW Race Car.
Other Marques:
- The best German car other than BMW. Porsche, Mercedes, Audi or VW
- Best European car that isn’t from Germany. Could be British, French, Italian, Swedish, Polish, Spanish etc. Do you have a nice Lamborghini to show?
