We wish to invite our valued members to our 2023 Annual Dinner at the beautiful Terrey Hills Country Club.
This event offers our members and club committee the opportunity to celebrate the year gone by, reveal the social award winners for 2023, and to present the trophies for our motorsport competitors.
Program overview
We begin the evening with canapes and drinks on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the view of the golf course whilst catching up with our car enthusiast friends. We will then proceed inside and commence the evening presentations.
You can then expect a delicious entree (alternate serve), followed by a delicious main meal (alternate serve). There will also be an exciting guest speaker arranged for the evening, and a silent auction or similar.
General information
Dietaries: Please ensure you provide your dietary requirements at the time of registration.
Seating requests: Please ensure you notify us of your seating requests at the time of registration. We do our best to seat you with your friends,but are limited to 8 or 9 people at each table.
Ticket price
The club have heavily subsidised the ticket prices in a bid to give back to our valued members.
Dress code
The club has a dress code, and we recommend semi-formal attire on the evening.
