Join us for our first social drive of the 2024!
We're taking advantage of the sunshine and warm weather and are heading to the beautiful area of Lake Macquarie for lunch.
The meet location will be in the upper North Shore area in Sydney, and from there we will take the Old Pacific Hwy to Peats Ridge and then head back out to the coast. There will be two comfort stops on the way at fantastic surprise locations, before concluding for lunch.
Lunch has been booked at the Belmont 16S Sailing Club on the water. They have excellent meals, views and a great atmosphere.
Hurry, register now as these events fill up fast, but please only register if you are certain that you can attend as you are taking the valuable place of another person otherwise who would really love to attend.
Important notes:
- The exact meet location and time will be provided to registered attendees one week prior to the event.
- 5 watt CB radios are highly recommended for use, so drivers are aware of upcoming turns and potential hazards. The club will offer a few radios on the day for loan, however we recommend our regular attendees purchase their own.
- Cancellations can be made through the event via your login on the club website. This will allow someone who is on the waitlist to join us on the drive.
- Tail-end-charlie - If you are happy to follow up the rear of the convoy to keep everyone together, please email Ash. Otherwise she will take nominations at the driver briefing.
