Join in for a drive to the Southern Highlands for lunch, followed by a drive to the stunning Kangaroo Valley!

We are excited to announce our first co-club social drive and lunch as we are teaming up with our BMWDC mates from the ACT! This is a great opportunity to make new friends, see some new wheels, enjoy some fun roads, and grab a delicious pub lunch in Berrima.

Our NSW members will meet South West of Sydney for coffee and our driver briefing before setting off to Berrima via the old road.

Lunch venue: The Surveyor General Inn, 26 Old Hume Hwy, Berrima

This venue is the perfect place for a cozy lunch in the Southern Highlands as it was built in 1834. We've secured a function room that will comfortably sit our groups. Simply order what you like from the menu at the ordering counter, and purchase drinks on consumption from the bar.

After lunch drive

After our delicious lunch, we will burn off some calories by driving from Berrima down into the stunning Kangaroo Valley. Once we arrive in the valley we will take some more photos of our group and the vehicles, before farewelling our new friends.

Important - Bring your winter woolies, it will be chilly at this time of year in the Southern Highlands!

Important notes:

  1. The exact meet location for NSW members (in South Western Sydney) and time will be provided to registered attendees one week prior to the event.
  2. 5 watt CB radios are highly recommended for use, so drivers are aware of upcoming turns and potential hazards. The club will offer a few radios on the day for loan, however we recommend our regular attendees purchase their own.
  3. Cancellations can be made through the event via your login on the club website. This will allow someone who is on the waitlist to join us on the drive.
  4. Tail-end-charlie - If you are happy to follow up the rear of the convoy to keep everyone together, please email Ash. Otherwise she will take nominations at the driver briefing.

Please send any queries to Ash at ash.sherry@bmwclubnsw.asn.au
