Automotive Dimensions - Evening Car Show - Flemington Night Markets

Join us at Paddy’s Night Markets Car Meet — a family-friendly, night‑time event perfect for BMW owners with families: live DJ, food trucks, markets, kids’ activities, photographers and great cars on display.

Saturday 6 Sep 2025, 6:00 PM start (display cars arrive 5:30–6:00 PM)

Location & entry

• Best entry: Potts St, Homebush — turn right off Parramatta Rd (landmark: Unigas Green petrol station). Middle lane is the only entry point for vehicles.
• Austin Ave entry still available for spectators/markets and entrants — be in the LEFT LANE to turn left immediately after the gate and loop into the entrant queue.
• Staff will manage traffic and usher entrants in. Notify staff on arrival for the BMW Drivers Club dedicated parking.

Arrival & parking

• Arrive 5:30–6:00 PM to receive a judging number and be directed into the show. Clubs must arrive by 6:30 PM or lose their spot.
• Display your entrant number immediately and park within the lines (no angling or over-spacing).
• BMW Club parking will be managed by staff — we’ll be in row 2 beside the VIP section.

Costs

• Show entrants: Cars $15 (cash or EFTPOS), Motorbikes $5 (cash or EFTPOS). 5% surcharge on EFTPOS.
• All vehicles/spectators: $2 (markets fee) or EFTPOS.

Event highlights & rules

• Family- and pet-friendly: live DJ, photographers, trophies, food trucks, jumping castle, face painting. Undercover — rain or shine.
• Trophy presentation ~9:00 PM — display your number, bonnet open/showcase for judges. Tear-off People’s Choice vote and drop in the tub. Winners must be present to receive awards. Categories include Best Pet, Best Dancer and youth classes.
• Exiting between 8:30–9:30 PM is discouraged; staff escort required if urgent. Follow staff directions at all times.

Safety & conduct

• No burnouts, revving, or inappropriate behaviour. Non-compliance may result in removal and banning. Venue security and police support will be present.
