Register

Register for this amazing trip of gourmet delights, scenery, fun together and enjoyable driving. The drive will go past two of the rare cake shops that make custard tarts with real eggs, not custard powder. Trappers in Goulburn comes first; the second one is a secret!

We leave Western Sydney and go via scenic routes to Canberra, Thredbo, Albury and Goulburn. There are two nights in Albury to enable a next day scenic drive for those who like such things, and rest, shopping or a whatever day for others.

You can go at your own pace, as some may want to stop and explore towns on the way; such as, old Adaminaby, to see the remains of the old town and the history of the flooded valley. Distances have been calculated to make for enjoyable driving, allowing you to arrive at your hotel by 3.30 to 4 PM.

There is room for 40 people, either as singles or couples, so please BOOK YOUR PLACE with the club ASAP, by depositing $256pp, which covers all meals. You will need to book your hotel ASAP for the reduced rate, stating you are a member of the BMW club. Rooms have been arranged at a discount in selected hotels (listed below); however, they are not held by our booking.

NOTE: Please DO NOT book hotels until your registration with the club is confirmed.

Final registration date: September 30, 2026; however, numbers are limited so get in early.

Breakfast and Meals

All rooms include breakfast, except Canberra, where breakfast can be added to your room booking at $24 pp. and Albury, where the room includes one breakfast. You can add an additional breakfast at the time of booking, or at the hotel when you arrive. A main meal has been organised for each evening, except the second night in Albury where you are free to explore the local restaurants.

Fun activities

There will be a lot of silly fun stuff to enhance the experience, which is the price you pay for having a Neuro-Diverse person organising your trip. You will also meet our international guest, Boris Goodenough, the CEO of Vulgar Motors, the latest sports car to come out of Eastern Europe. So, if you have ever wanted to be vulgar, this is your opportunity to learn about these rare motors taking the world by storm and challenging BMW and Porsche with their amazing performance, including 0 – 100 KPH in just 15 seconds!

The roads less travelled

You will receive a full outline of the journey closer to the date.
