This day runs two separate groups:

Supersprint: for drivers referred to as Competitors, and

Track Day: for drivers referred to as Participants.

Supersprint is a multi-car speed event on a closed circuit, with competitors grouped by similar lap times. Round 5 of the 2026 Supersprint Championship — see the Supersprint Rules for details.

Come & Try / Track Day lets the participant try out the circuit in a controlled, non-competitive environment.

We expect four or five groups of up to 20 cars each on the day: three or four Competitor groups and one or two Participant groups. The exact number of groups will depend on how many drivers register. Groups will run in sessions through the day — for example C1, P1, C2, P2, C3 etc — with equal time on the track for every group, and we expect at least 5 sessions and often 6 or more.

    Supersprint requirements

✅ Read the rules - download, read and understand the Supp.Regs. and Event Standing Regulations before the event. These explain how the day runs. Not understanding these will compromise your day.

✅ Speed Licence - Drivers need a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence. Log into Motorsport Australia and establish your account.  Passengers are not permitted in Supersprint sessions.

✅ Compliant Car - you must pass scrutineering - use this checklist to prepare your car Track Day Scrutiny

✅ Annex C - If this is your first Supersprint for 2026, please complete the online Annex-C form. This ensures your car is placed in the correct Supersprint class and that you're entered for Supersprint Championship trophies.

Come & Try / Track Day requirements

✅ Read the rules - download, read and understand the Supp.Regs. and Event Standing Regulations before the event. Participants must also read the Track Day Rules. These explain how the day runs. Not understanding these will compromise your day.

✅ Come and Try Roadworthy car - your car must have current Australian registration and be road legal. Use this Road Car Scrutineer's Form to check your car for compliance.

✅ Track Day Compliant car - Track Day cars are permitted and must pass Track Day Scrutiny

✅ Approved helmet and appropriate non synthetic apparel is required

    ‼️ Fire extinguisher not required.

✅ A tow coupling is recommended (not compulsory) there's one in your car's tool compartment.

✅ Motorsport Australia Licence required Track Day participants need a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence, or can purchase a one-day Motorsport Australia Introductory Licence 2026 for $40 — To do this, create an account at portal.motorsport.org.au and complete a licence application. Within a matter of minutes, once approved, the Introductory Licence will appear as a digital licence in your portal account, which you present at event sign-on.

✅ All Track Day/Come and Try Participants must fill in a Passenger Ride Form For smooth administration of the event, all participants must fill in the Passenger Ride Form.

‼️ Only Coaches (for Track Day) and Volunteers (for appreciation laps) may ride as passengers in Track Day Cars. Volunteers to register on the volunteer event.

‼️ No timing and no published results

✅  Coaches may be on hand to instruct participants

    Car numbers

Every car on the track must display a 1, 2 or 3-digit number on both sides, per Motorsport Schedule K: 230mm high.  They are white or black, self-adhesive digits, colour to contrast your car's colour. You can choose your own number on your registration — it's yours unless already claimed by another driver, in which case we'll sort it out with you by email.  All must be arranged by 16 Oct.

Number digits are available at the sign-on desk for $3.50 each ($14 for 4 by credit card), or you can buy them for a bit more from a sign shop.

We also sell blank white number panels. Numbers made from paper and sticky tape are not permitted. Battery triangles (required for Supersprint cars) are also available for $2.

Registration here for Supersprint Rnd 6 with Come & Try / Track Day on the Druitt Circuit at Sydney Motorsport Park. Run under Motorsport Australia Permit 226/0612/TBA  Register separately for MotorKhana MK.5

Reserve this day for a fast and exciting Supersprint or Track Day on Druitt Circuit.  This day is a family Motorsport Day including our final Supersprint championship Round 6 and Track Day on the track with MotorKhana championship Round 5, on the Skid Pan.   A big BMW day with many activities, including Skid Pan and Race Track drives.

The Race Track day has sessions for two separate groups: Supersprint with Drivers referred to as Competitors and Track Day with drivers referred to as Participants.

Supersprint is a multi-car speed event conducted on a circuit with competitors in cars that are grouped together based on similar lap times. This Supersprint is Round 6, the final round, of our 2026 Supersprint Championship.

The Come & Try / Track Day allows participant drivers who wish to try out this motorsport circuit in a controlled environment with no timing or competition.

We expect to have four or five groups of around 20 cars, in each group,  running on the day, and will aim for three or four Competitor groups, and one or two Participant groups.  The number of groups will depend on the number of drivers who register.  On the day, groups will run in sessions in a sequence SS1, SS2, TD, SS3 or some other list of groups with equal time for each group.

The entry fee is the same for either Supersprint Competitors or Come & Try / Track Day Participants, and all have equal track time. Expect 5 sessions in the day with all going well.

To understand how this combined day works, all drivers are to download, read and understand the Supp. Regs. and Driver Briefing that will be published here in August.

For Come & Try / Track Day participants must also read the 2026 Track Driver Rules and:

    • the car has current Australian registration, is road legal and you drive the car to the circuit,
    • no fire extinguisher is required, however a tow coupling is recommend but not compulsory, (there is one in your cars tool bag).
    • approved helmet and appropriate apparel is required,
    • no timing, and no published results.
    • Driving behaviors will be observed with coaches driving in Track Day groups
    • Coaches are expected to be available to instruct participants and are the only passengers.

Track Day participants can either purchase a Motorsport Australia one day  INTRODUCTORY LICENCE for $40, download it, fill it in and bring it with you or have a Motorsport Australia Speed Licence.

All cars on the track must have a 2 digit car number on both sides of the car.  These are to Motorsport Schedule K and are 230mm high white or black, stick on, digits.  Choose your own car number and it is yours unless already claimed by another driver, then we will sort it out by email.  Number digits are for sale at the sign-on desk $3.50 each, so $14 credit card or buy them from sign shops for more than $5 each. We also have blank white number panels for sale.  Numbers made out of paper and sticky tape are not permitted. Battery triangles are also for sale $2 (required on Supersprint cars)

There is a Event Master Form that combines the requirement of Compliance, Disclaimer and Scrutiny for Competitors and Participants.

Where passengers are involved, all drivers and passengers are to complete a Passenger Ride Entry Form and submit it to the staff at the sign-on desk on the day.  Only Passengers are coaches for Track-Day and appreciation laps for volunteers.
