You are invited to our members annual christmas lunch in the best park in Sydney's Upper North Shore!
This event is always a popular one as it gives our members a chance to properly catch up, reminisce on a great year gone by, talk about BMWs of course, whilst enjoying a delicious picnic lunch together!
Your registration ticket fee includes your picnic lunch, and you can expect a variety of christmas nibbles, roast chicken, prawns, fresh salads, bread rolls, and desserts. This year we are getting catering from the famous Chargrill Charlies in Wahroonga (and we will be supplying some homemade festive surprises as well).
What to bring: Camp chairs, a hat, beverages, and cutlery. We will provide bamboo plates on the day (and some cutlery), but its much nicer to eat with proper cutlery.
Parking: The park will be very busy, so consider dropping your chairs off and grabbing a park in a surrounding street. The best location for your GPS is Cafe Patina, the cafe is directly across the road from the park. Burns Road is nearby and has a lot of safe parking for BMWs. but you may wish to unload your picnic chairs first.
Wet weather: In the event of wet weather, we will be sitting in the covered gazebo area at the park.
Note, there will be some vegetarian/pescatarian options available on the day, it is important to advise of your dietaries at the time of registration.

Cancellations: We are happy to provide refunds up until 1 week prior to the event. Cancellations can be made via your club login, access the event and follow the cancellation prompts.
